Adding friends ?

When you want to add friends I see they haven't been on here for such a long time even over 3 months for e.g. so how you can add friends to your list I just don't know

I hope I can earn some Kudos for the "Friend Magnet" category. I still have 0 Kudos for that section and it says you earn Kudos if you promote your profile on your signature line.

Does anybody know how to change the information listed on my profile promotion box though?

I want it to say "Single" for status and "Sports" for I'm here for.

Sigh, I doubt anybody can help me since I'm the Kudo guru to begin with, and I can't...

How do I put an end to getting e-mails from Yuku everytime a new topic is introduced or someone replies to a post?? I belong to other Yuku boards and don't receive all these notifications. They're a bit of a nuisance.
